Terms currently available are 6 months (7.70% p.a.), 12 months (7.95% p.a.), 24 months (8.60% p.a.), 36 months (8.95% p.a.), 60 months (9.25% p.a.) and 120 months (9.70% p.a.). Rates shown are current for new applications and are subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Is the rate fixed?
Yes. The interest rates are fixed for the life of your facility. If you choose a VERIFIED™ Variable Rate Facility, the interest rate is fixed relative to the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) official cash rate.
